Aujourd’hui on se penche sur l’anti-moustique…et au Canada…on en a tellement besoin quand arrive enfin l’été. Pour ceux d’entre vous qui partez au soleil en hiver, je vais vous faire une liste d’huiles qu’on peut utiliser… Cependant, personnellement, j’utilise une combinaison d’huiles essentielles toute simple qui fonctionne.

FORMULE ANGÉLIQUE

• menthe poivrée
• citron
• lavande
• citronnelle
• bois de cèdre

Le tout dans une bouteille en vaporisateur avec de l’huile porteuse pour que le produit reste plus longtemps sur la peau. Personnellement, je mets environ 10 gouttes de chaque dans une bouteille de 15 ml.

Another question you’ve been asking me a lot recently. What do you use to repel bugs? I have my own recipe that works in Canada where mosquitos are heavy to handle in June and July. So, if you’re going south this winter, you might want to try this combo.

ANGÉLIQUE’S FORMULA

• peppermint
• lemon
• lavender
• citronella
• cedarwood

Mix everything in small spray bottle (15ml) – 10 drops each – and add oil so that it sticks to your skin longer.

OTHER OPTIONS

• White fir
• Eucalyptus
• Hawaiian Sandalwood
• Rose
